As part of the plans to get out and about and meet the INCA membership face to face to talk about our plans, aims and objectives and to better understand your needs, requirements and expectations, the team behind INCA are making the journey north of the border to meet as many of those members involved in the Scottish EWI market as possible.
Mark Weaver, INCA Chairman, Derek Gray; INCA Scotland and Jane Wiltshire; Company Secretary and Head of Membership Services will be hosting a breakfast meeting on Wednesday 26th February at the Dakota Hotel, Eurocentral and you’re all invited to join us!
INCA Scotland Breakfast Meeting – The Venue
The meeting will be held at the Dakota Hotel, Eurocentral hotel which is situated at Maxim Business Park, which offers prime accessibility between Glasgow and Edinburgh. It’s ideally placed just off the M8 by Motherwell, some 12 miles south east of Glasgow.
There is complimentary parking but remember to inform the hotel of your registration number upon arrival so that you’re not charged and for those of you with electric vehicles they have numerous charging points available.

INCA Scotland – Meeting Format
Between 7:30am and 10:00am we will have the coffee and tea ready to pour and the breakfast rolls, pastries etc ready to be devoured! We’re keeping things informal so simply turn up anytime between these hours and stay as long as you like before heading off to continue with your normal working day.
INCA will be talking about their work in and plans for Scotland (this may take the form of a short presentation depending on numbers) but most of all we want to chat things through with you to better understand how we can help develop the EWI market in Scotland and what more we can do to support you, our members.
There will also be plenty of time for you to catch up with and chat to colleagues, associates and friends from across the industry.
We really want to meet as many of you as possible so that we can see things from all sides. Therefore representatives from contractor (large and small), system designer and associate members are welcome – whether you be office based, site based or on the road and whether your role is sales, technical or administrative. You’re all invited and welcome … and it’s all on us and completely free!

Whilst we’re purposely keeping things informal and it’s not costing you anything at all it would be a great help to INCA if we were able to have a rough estimate of numbers so that we cater for the right amount of guests. So, if you’re planning on joining us please fill in the simple form below.
We’re not limiting the numbers so you’re welcome to attend with colleagues or customers and, whilst the purpose in on supporting our membership we are able to open the event up to and non-members who meet the membership criteria and who may be thinking about joining.
We don’t require a full guest list so if you are intending joining us with a colleague or two just let us know how many of you will be there and the contact details of the key coordinator so that we can send the full details nearer the time.
