For the 2025 INCA Awards we are heading further north again and will be back in the impressive grand ballroom of the Queens Hotel in the very heart of Leeds city centre. A great venue conveniently located in the very heart of Leeds city centre with good parking facilities and next door to Leeds city station.
Below you’ll find details of prices and how to book your places at the 2025 INCA Awards ceremony.
As usual we have three INCA Awards 2025 booking options – a premium table of 10, a standard table of 10 or individual tickets. These can be reserved by following the links below – we will not take payment online, instead you will receive confirmation of your reservation and we will invoice you directly. Alternatively, if you prefer you can email your booking requirements to awards@inca-ltd.org.uk. As in previous year’s, this will be a black tie event.

Welcome drinks, a 3 course gala meal + coffee for 10 guests seated around circular table situated in a prime position to view the proceedings. Included in the price is 5 bottles of wine (mixed),12 bottles of beer and a small gift for each guest.
Also included within the price you can choose to sponsor the award category of your choice (subject to availability and on a first come first served basis) along with a 1/2 page advert within the award winners brochure (printed and electronic). Your logo will appear in presentation imagery and the awards pages of the INCA website. It will also feature in all award documentation (online and social media) and will appear in all post award advertorial promotions. There will also be an opportunity to place a pop-up banner in the foyer area on the night of the awards ceremony.
This represents excellent value – the combined package would cost around £3,700 if purchased seperately.

You may wish to consider an optional and additional sponsorship / advertising package which will show your support and give your company advertising exposure in all awards advertising, promotions and documentation. Additional support is always greatly appreciated and we have packages to suit all budgets.
A standard table of 10 is great value – represents a saving of £350 against tickets purchased seperately.

Individual Tickets
Welcome drink, a 3 course gala meal + coffee seated around a circular table made up of individual ticket holders and situated in the best position available at the time of booking. Multiple tickets can be purchased and all guests will be seated together – we will always do our best to accomodate any specific seating requirements.
This year we are including a 1/2 bottle of wine with each place purchased. A pay bar with table service will also be available.
